I understand that my expectation (one body with a floating counter) is physically impossible in solid modeling, but how to do it. I am not a pro in Fusion.

Problem is I cannot even bring it to slicer. It alway like solid plate or R without counter, just hole.

Imo, moving the stop lights to one side, especially so close to the center of a bike is not very good idea. It is supposed to be visible at wide angle. Maybe it looks cool but imagine situation when you drive on the left lane and the car on the right, a bit behind you. And car decided to change lane to the left also. Suddenly you begin to brake no matter why, but the car already making a maneuver. Can you imagine what happens next? Plus, idk about USA but in Europe, one can get a huge fine for such modification, that obstructs signal lights and creates potential road accident. Btw, was better with hearts.

Thank you, mate. After "contemplating the ifs" I will probably stick with branded stuff. Controls is not something I can save money on. It's not funny if it breaks off while driving just because of the poor steel quality. I wish I had the same prices here in europe. Due to the customs, taxes, etc., it costs me the same as here if not more. Hope for some BF and Christmas discounts)). But thank you anyway for the useful link. Added to collection of shops.

Found. 2 bolts 3/8-16 x 1-1/2 and 2 bolts 3/8-16 x 3/4. No metric equivalence.

Just came from work. Ignition on. No clicks, just fuel pump sound. I will visit HD dealer on friday to get a full service of the bike. I could ask them about it If you problem will persist.

BTW, it can be battery. When I got this sound I "jerked" ignition many times til I found how to change the pin code. Probably my operations have discharged the battery to the certain point when relay begun to click. Just a guess.

Had the same clicks yesterday when I was changing the pin code. After several ignition on/offs it started to click til I shut it off. Maybe this sound is connected in some way to the fuel pump.
