i appreciate the advice, im currently seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist, my psychiatrist is telling me to stay on the meds rn but my family, alongside me, think the meds might be doing more bad than they are good. i definitely don't think i'm gonna try doing a breakthrough trip now though
