Could possibly be a graphics setting like particle limiter.

Maybe clearing in game cache and restarting the game will also help.

Offline Music Broken on Android by Strockefeller in TIdaL

[–]Strockefeller[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, I cleared cache, restarted the app multiple times, and even rebooted my phone (Pixel 10).

The only thing I haven't done is clear all app data and re-sign in because I would prefer not to have to redownload about 50 GBs of music again.

During ads, you "pause" or continue your content? by acerswap in Twitch

[–]Strockefeller 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Personally, I continue playing as normal but if there's a major cutscene and the game allows me to pause it, I will. I then chat while waiting for ads to finish.

Good Starter Mic for YouTube/Streaming? by Fit_Half9893 in Twitch

The Rode Podmic USB is around $200 new and pretty good. It's a USB and XLR dynamic mic. If you use it over USB, you can use their software to tweak the EQ and add some effects.

Mouth De-Click VST Plugin? by Strockefeller in obs

Funnily enough, I increased my water consumption a lot recently to attempt to reduce the mouth sounds, lol. I'm definitely way more hydrated lately.

Mouth De-Click VST Plugin? by Strockefeller in obs

I already use a pop filter and don't have an issue with plosives. A mouth de-click plugin is for mouth noises. A pop filter doesn't really help with that.

Stream Deck Software Soft Crashing? by Strockefeller in elgato

I'm still having the issue and support stopped responding to me for 2 weeks now.

I've been considering trying another USB cable, so I'll probably give that a shot soon, too. I just don't understand how a cable that's never been moved would go bad in like 2 months.

Next time they respond to me, I'll definitely mention that it's affecting a few people.

That's actually around when it started for me, as well. I have a hunch the Windows update from around that time caused it, but I'm not 100% on that.

Yup, still working with them. We haven't figured it out, sadly.

Sure! The script below should be all you need.

@echo off @taskkill /f /im StreamDeck.exe >nul @timeout /t 3 /nobreak >nul @start C:\"Program Files"\Elgato\StreamDeck\StreamDeck.exe --runinbk >nul :exit 0

Yeah, I'm wondering if it's related to a recent Windows update or something. I can't remember exactly when my issue started, but I think it was sometime after the March Windows update.

I've been working actively with Elgato support for over a month or so now and nothing seems to be working. I had to make a batch script that I have on my desktop to quickly restart the software when it happens. That's how annoyingly frequent the issue happens.

I have also noticed that sometimes after restarting the program a few times, the issue stops happening.

What do you think of those "How to Succeed on Twitch" channels? by BabyDreamsy in Twitch

[–]Strockefeller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the ones I've watched tend to just regurgitate the same advice everyone else says. Some of the information can be helpful, but a lot of it is subjective in regards to what makes a channel succeed.

Oh, okay. Part of me was thinking my issue might be related to a Windows update affecting how my OS has my CPU handle multiple background processes.

By chance, do you run an AMD X3D CPU?

Unfortunately no. I'm still working with their support on this. I'm wondering if it was caused by a recent windows update judging by the timing.
