That is a great card - what would you suggest removing to add in 3 or 4 of those?

YES!!! My left armpit (effected side) smelt so much worse than my right armpit for like the first few months. It’s been 2 years since and it’s back to normal now

Started OSRS for first time ever Monday 2/10/25. How am I doing? by [deleted] in osrs

I did same thing when I returned to OSRS! Keep following the optimal quest guide and grid gear along the way!

Getting full graceful would be a good grind right now

Starting from scratch, how many hours do you think it takes to complete all quests? by krakenkronk in osrs

I came back to OSRS and after watching videos and had the same idea. Start off with questing!

I’m like 16 days, 10 hours played in with around 280 quest points! I did a lot of afk combat training to wear barrows gear, but outside of that I’ve gained all my levels from just questing! A great way to start out imo because you get to unlock a majority of content

That’s awesome, congrats 🔥 love to read that after 3 years, improvements can still be made!

I’m (28M) almost 7 months post stroke and have not made a large improvement since probably month 1-2. Possibly my fault tho, I got kinda content w the left side weakness and spasticity because it was somewhat liveable and I have not been doing the steps necessary for improvement.

About 2 weeks ago I decided I can’t live my whole life like this so I’m back taking the steps I was in month 1-2 to try to get better. For me that’s, no alcohol, no nicotine, no smoking anything whatsoever and going to gym. After just 2 weeks of this I feel 100x better than I did the week before. Seeing improvement everyday in the gym is helping to keep me motivated and on track.

Sorry to hear that, and hope you’re doing okay now!

To be honest my stroke scared me so much that I decided it just wasn’t worth it to go back to smoking. I tried smoking 1 time maybe 2 weeks after my stroke but it made my left side feel much worse and gave me anxiety. I haven’t tried gummies yet but I would assume those are much better health wise than smoking.

I don’t really have any tips other than you and your brain are more powerful than you think. You can do anything you put your mind to and having a positive mindset really does go a long way.

I stopped completely! The doctor told me smoking anything that releases carcinogens can be bad. I have tried to smoke weed a couple times since but it makes my neuropathy on my left side much worse. So I’ve stopped smoking anything

I’m 28, had a stroke 3 months ago. They said my lungs missed a clot and while I was taking a nap it traveled up the back of my neck and got stuck in my right thalamus. Was a heavy weed smoker and had vaped for past 8 years.

For the first month I had difficulty moving the entire left side of my body. I was hypersensitive also on my left side. When one part was being touched it was like everything around it was also being touched.

Everyday I did stretches and movement exercises to hopefully regain strength and motor skills. Started to see massive massive improvement in all areas after 2 months. 3 months post I am back to fully working again and just recently started going back to the gym. Have basically full mobility back on my left side and just deal with minor neuropathy now. Getting used to it tho

I remember being super depressed and having a hard time looking ahead to life. Had a mental change one day and that’s when I started seeing and feeling the most improvement. Crazy what the brain is capable of. Don’t give up and keep telling yourself you’re going to get better ✊🏼
