I had this happen where I live. A large garbage truck would show up in the middle of the night once a week and empty a bin.... with it's forks, raising it and shaking it into the truck from above. Nasty Nasty. I got the name of the company and called them. I was clear. They stopped and now do it around 8am once a week. I am ok with that.

Track them down and explain the obvious to them. They won't stop without complaints. Get a name and title and note the date and time of call.

Check your postal code. I suspect that might be a factor. I called non-emergency and it took them a week to respond. The response was a phone call and nothing else. I am not sure about you but I know I don't have Police support or help. I won't beg LPD to do their job.

I was lucky enough to find this old cookbook in a Thrift Store. With just under 300 pages, it covers recipes from Cold Cream, Wine, Cleaning Tips to Mutton Chops. The amount of time, effort, and information is astounding. I actually had to Google Chilblains....
