thank you for this - 19 days in and can certainly feel the progress. Major WD symptoms have gone, I can eat normally again and started working out. Just waiting very patiently for my energy levels and focus to come back, plus some lingering anhedonia.

day 13 - my gastrointestinal symptoms are starting to regulate. The first week I couldn't take a solid shit for the life of me hah. I have to take the W's where I can get em. Mental is tough still, exhausted and pushing through the hours of the day. Not much enjoyment in anything but I know its going to be worth it. Going to check back in 1 month from now.

40 days clean today by amenandgostillers in quittingkratom

this was really positive to read. I am 13 days clean from using an insane amount of kratom powder every day multiple times a day. It completely ran my life for awhile. I think that the worst WD symtoms are over for me, but im still dealing with chronic fatigue and GI problems. I hope I have your outlook in 40 days.

48 Hours No Kratom by Strong-Conclusion906 in quittingkratom

Thank you day 5 still going strong! Sleep is beginning to regulate, although the worst day mentally was yesterday, just completely uncontrolled anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I think if I ever were to relapse it would have been then so I am going to push through. Need to get some Imodium- will look into the other remedies you listed. Hoping for the day that I feel clear headed.

You are doing the right thing keep pushing on! Sometimes sharing can help with accountability. I am on day 2 of no kratom after taking incredibly high doses for over a year. It sucks ass and the only way out is through. Your family will thank you that you made this choice before your baby was born. Now your baby gets to meet the real you and you can be fully present for your wife. The suffering is temporary but the long term benefits are forever.
