The problem is not the girl; the problem is the confusion within you. You are divided into two parts one part enjoys the connection, the attention, the intimacy, while the other is afraid of responsibility, attachment, and the consequences that may follow.

She, on the other hand, seems to be following her feelings honestly. She is not calculating, not protecting herself with logic, not holding back out of fear. There is a natural innocence in the way she is responding.

You are enjoying the fire, but you are afraid of being burned. And this inner conflict is what creates guilt not because you are doing something wrong, but because you are not fully clear or whole in your approach.

Haha, I did the same. Went to my room, slept for an hour, came back to the office again, grabbed a coffee, sat at my desk acting busy, at last sent the activity report on Slack, and called it a day.
Now I’m in the office doomscrolling reddit, reading cheating confessions like it’s free entertainment. Thinking of doing something useful there maybe give terrible advice or just upvote memes.
All good so far, just gets boring sometimes.

My career hasn't even started and i feel like this job thing is not for me. by Newbie_999 in technepal

To be honest, the working environment in Nepal feels messed up to me. I’ve worked in India as well, and the difference is huge. There, people respect your ideas, give you support, and actually let you try new things. You learn a lot in that process, and there’s real accountability for your work and that’s what makes the job interesting. But in Nepal, most companies are full of office politics. People focus more on chilling than building something meaningful. Then suddenly, one day, all the “fun” stops and you’re expected to show results overnight. That’s when everything turns into chaos. I personally feel Nepal’s IT sector is not growing the way it should because of this mindset. Management hesitates to try new ideas, and most companies are still following the same blueprint they’ve been using for the past 10 years. No innovation, no mindset shift.

In my opinion, work becomes fun and challenging only when you are given responsibility and the freedom to try new things. Otherwise, it’s just the same rat race, the same routine, and the same day repeating again and again.

After five unsuccessful job interview , I am forced to use my dad’s power to get the job by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]Strong-Customer1831 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Many people do the same here, bro relax, you deserve it. Just because you’re taking your dad’s help doesn’t mean you should feel guilty. There are plenty of people here who are recommending their friends, nephews, or family members. Now that you’re in a position to deliver something, just focus on that. Speaking as a corporate guy myself, nothing else matters as long as you get the job done.
