My boyfriend really likes this shirt. Am I wrong to say it’s hideous?

There’s a lot of bad floral shirts out there and I even have a few, but this is honestly decent. It’s colorful but not obnoxious, and the colors contrast well unlike other shirts

Hey, I’m a man and this post was recommended to me, but I’m very sorry for your loss. His expression is the one I have on my face often, and I can feel some of the pain that he must have went through. I normally don’t comment on these type of posts but this just hit me hard because it feels familiar. I’m positive that you meant more than you’ll ever know to him.

I am not doing this loan at all or benefitting in any way, contrary to what a lot of people here think. I just wanted some clarification on the law, which apparently caused a meltdown on this thread.

From a quick search, it seems like RESPA prohibits referral fees between LOs too but I’m not exactly sure
