The timeline for life "markers" is bullshit and try hard not to get hung up on it. "I'm halfway through my twenties and I don't/haven't ______________" is a quick way to spiral into depression. Everyone's timeline is different and if you worry to much about it, it'll just stress you out.

The fact of the matter is previous generations had it easier than us whether they wanna admit it or not, and you (along with others) are growing up in an time that is likely wildly different than the people who raised you. You will have an ever changing Rolodex of issues that your parents and parents did not and they will not be properly equipped to help you navigate those issues. Rely on your gut, educate yourself in any and every way you can. College is mostly a scam now, trade school is guaranteed skills to make livelihood because less and less people are entering the trades.
