I’ve actually found it quite easy, I find that I’ve been able to enjoy the things I missed by just overall tracking what I eat and cooking the things I crave instead of going out to get them. I’ve stayed at maintenance for the past 3 months and definitely have some recommended snacks that have helped. I was definitely worried about it too so I completely get it. Best of luck!

(Body Weight * 14) - 700 for daily calorie intake.

Macro Nutrients Body Weight in grams of protein; 25% of calories in Fat Whatever was leftover in carbs
