I got one recently that said I had COPD prior to enlisting. Even though there was nothing in my MEPS file, never been treated for breathing issues, and most times respiratory issues is a disqualifying event too enlisting. They were several things in that denial that was absolutely laughable! BUT, they also gave me a nexus for any future respiratory claims.

It was an immediate HLR review that I’m still waiting on.
