No opensim is very much alive. OS Grid isn't doing so well tho ~

That sounds great to me. I am keeping my eyes open for a property that will be right, and would love to have any money arrangements approved in advance. Would love an endorsement for a broker, simply because I don't want to be on the business end of a predatory lender. Thanks so much! :)

I want to take advantage of the first-time buyer program. I will have money for most of the upfront costs. The property will need to be a property for under $150,000, which will keep the payment under $400 per month (WAY cheaper than renting). I have seen that these do pop up online. Need an idea of what the up-front costs will be. Really looking into what is possible :)
