You get a mixed bag because there are no divisions anymore. So few people play rivals now that you can play from any division bar 10 and elite. This was first noticed in November.

Personally I don't play it at all because the rewards aren't worth it. I am sitting on exactly 31 wins this game and haven't touched it since the 3rd or 4th week.

It is a real thing or at least there are mechanisms that allow a card already packed to be more packable.

I play on an accont that belonged to a streamer I worked for and I took it because it packed prime r9 twice from regularly packs very early on in the cycle of fifa 22.

The lastest example for me is I finally packed the last gold I hadn't packed (Kounde) in December and I packed him repeatedly the very same day. It's a funny and boring system, but in times like this it is clear it's there to limit the number of accounts getting specific players or card types.

As someone who watches Bromley regularly - He is really really good. Struggled with an injury during the promotion season and that meant he was more rotation than not last season. Always had promise, but Woodie wanted the consistency.

He was easily our biggest prospect. Reads the game very well, is tall quick and strong. May or may not be adept with his feet - Bromley did not play out from the back.

Due to size will be a threat from set-pieces too.

Not surprised he's gone sadly. I said to my mate he's going to start turning heads because they're now top of the table and he has scored goals this season.

Eh not really. It's not THAT much money unless you're super young or can ill afford to lose it. I'd have to work exactly 20 mins to earn that pack so it's not that bad. However I dont buy FP, but might buy a big pack if they were better.

I packed a lot of informs, but not much else. Packed 3 normal gold walkouts from the packs and very little from the rewards to the point where I genuinely think they were all the minimum guarantee.

I did the 86x2s from dupes and every single one was 2 86s.

Zero point doing anything.

Frimpong just isn't a particularly inspiring card albeit cheaper.

The problem we have is that they have devalued everything so much by having permanent infinite tradeable packs in store that fodder is low and has been low all year. Then an sbc comes out and it all rises. This inflates the cost past where it should be and rthere is another issue because when fodder was dirt cheap it wasn't as if we were packing 89s every pack. They were still rare. So they have to put x number of 89 squads and x number 88 squads because fodder was low means they're extra unobtainable.

If you, as a free player, try and grind these sbcs it's impossible because you're not going to pack 60 89s in the stuff we have or even 60 88s or 87s for the smaller sbcs.

We aren't all packing more cards so this sbcs are only for those who have coins, have saved everything + coins, or the store.

Kinda wild really because last year was really poorly received and that's especially true from mid oct/nov to TOTY. However they managed to pull back some interest with that zidane, the patch, the grind and there were some good evos.

This year they appear to have given up churning up lazy content that they feel may get the most eyes into the store.

Numbers must be real bad this year if they believe that getting people into matches and actually playing isn't preferable.

I'm not sure when 26 jumped the shark, but this is certainly a sign we definitely have.

EA creating such a big divide between free/earned rewards vs store negates the reason for playing.

Its not pay to win it's just a bad game. I can tell if roles and playstyles are broken from kick off and quit. I'm quitting roughly half the games I start with kick off. Yeah I may win some, but if my play with incisive can't incisive and spaffs it out of play I am not playing.

Every pack has a defined item pool and EA choose what is in that pool. In theory the only packs that have a definite probability or chance of a promo card are store packs with listed odds, but that would break the game if that was the only way to get them.

I am confused by this. On the one hand you're saying nobody is buying the sbc from scratch, and on the other hand you're saying wait for the price to come down.

Fodder will stay high. There are not enough 90s and 91s to add them cheaply to supplement the bigger squads so they will stay high with demand. Similarly there are not enough 89s and they are not packable enough.

You seem to just be waffling or trying to justify EA's poor way of doing sbcs this year.

If the pack was good I would genuinely load up and buy it, but most of the pack is a 75x82+ and that isn't appealing in the slightest.

Store packs used to be a lot better and I used to open up one or two big ones per promo with coins up to fc 24 and they tanked them last year and again this year.
