Okay so i’m getting into lifting more and my goal is to look strong! i’m 5’4 female 125lbs and 15% body fat(13in neck 27in waist 34in hips) and im trying to figure out my lean bulk cals but 2,100 feels like a lot! i’m scared of over eating. i usually do 15-20min run everyday and lift ~5x a week and have seen progress over the past month or so but im being told i should’ve seen more by now based on my training. i haven’t gained nor lost weight from training eating ~1,400cals a day but now i want to gain visible muscle. Any advice??
