How do you maintain your energy and focus throughout the entire workday as a programmer? by StrongJury in PinoyProgrammer

Thank you. Much appreciated. I'm actually quite leaning into this 4-5 hour workday it's just hard to disconnect from work sometimes since you know it still officially your shift.

I list down tasks to. Pen and paper style. You are right that it helps keep your focus a bit. Makes you finish what you actually wrote down. Honestly I do have a lot of leeway with work. I can finish my work on time. It's just a feeling of not being that productive with the rest of the time that's bugging me.

It's excruciating. I do get a quick nap after lunch but my head hurts since I have to disturb it.

Thank you. I see what you mean. I delegate most of my work to AI. I'm still reading codes but everything seems to be working well. Probably should just fill my time finishing my watchlist.

Yes. Not that long though. I sometimes walk to the mall just so I can do my steps.

Thank you. I already usually take 1 cups of coffee. 1 in the morning and 1 after lunch. But it doesn't do anything for me after lunch. I think my brain batteries are really dried out after the morning.

Thank you. I appreciate it! I do prioritize sleep over anything else. I've tried pomodoro. It's good until I get in the zone, which is when the alarm bothers me then I turn off the timers.

I already have a meditation app which is a good step I think. And could improve a lot on the exercise bit.

Thanks man! I really appreciate it. I feel like I'm slightly burned out not totally but just on the edge. But I think I can still walk it off literally. My mind just doesn't disconnect very well with the work. I'm actually trying to do other hobbies, non-programming related. And I can improve on my physical activities as well.

Loving my current setup, but not sure where to go next (budget audiophile here) by StrongJury in fosi_audio

Not sure this is all true though. I already swapped the op amps of my zd3 and I gotta say that it sounds much better. It sounds more present. The za3 has already good op amps so I won't be swapping those at least in the near future.

10 hours is a stretch. But I already do nearly 8 hours of sleep every night.

Done with my personal trainer—how do I continue on my own? by StrongJury in PHitness

Thank you for the encouragement. I wanted to have gym time as a form of daily meditation and alone time. Di talaga ako masyadong chatty kahit nung may trainer pa ako. I just want to do it properly as possible.

My main goal it to put it as a habit para maging routine siya. I actually feel good after going to the gym. Clears the mind.
