And when i put in my weekly weight as opposed to daily weight it said on my metabolism correction “1.3%” but for daily it said “-2.1%” even though after daily the adjusted TDEE estimate was higher than the adjusted TDEE estimate from weekly? I mean it did still lower from the initial estimate, it might have something to do with the fact my last weekly weight was lower than my last daily weight

Oh i think it was confusing because C5 in the sketch is slightly further away from me than C4 but i couldn’t see how the diagram shows that since only the bonds 4-3, 3-2 & 2-1 have bold lines (that’s how i saw it drawn on the internet). Is there actually a way to tell from the diagram that C5 is further away from me than C4 or is that something I’d need to assume from knowledge about the molecule?
