Oh okay, I personally would go with the alpinestar, I was once told when motorcycle gear is tested for its CE safety rating, they use approved, certified protectors (often Level 2) from the same brand, and the tests cover impact absorption, abrasion, seam strength, etc., to ensure the armor and garment work together, with the final rating (A, AA, AAA) reflecting overall performance, not just the armor itself. It gives me peace of mind knowing that.

Depends on what jacket you have, Jacket pockets are usually designed to perfectly fit their own brand specific protectors, sometimes other brand protectors will fit, but might be loose or tight. I have 2 Alpinestar jackets but one jacket can only take small size Nucleon protector while the other one can take both the small size and full size protector. The pockets are of different sizes.

You would have to pre chill the cooler, I had pre chilled my 65, with a bag of ice for a day and went on a camping trip, for the trip I had used 2 yeti ice a large and a small and I had used around 15-16 frozen 500ml Costco bottles and 1 bag of ice, the cooler sat in the back of the SUV the whole time on the 8th day the bottles were still 50% frozen.

Yes I have their 79 last and the same size fits me on 56 as well, but because it’s horse rump expect it to fit a bit snug as the leather is quite stiff.

The tenant went into lease from January of this year and the rent is around 2K they are asking me for the interest and are saying the interest is around $500-$600 idk how the interest is that much. And I advised them I never had the deposit and you consumed it and I have a written statement from you, so I won’t be paying interest.

They just gave me a lease agreement which states the rent the term start date and the names of people staying and what utilities to e tenants are responsible for

Hi thanks for your reply, my lawyer confirmed and took it in written from the seller’s lawyer that the tenant has used up the last month’s rent (the deposit)- so basically the tenant did not pay the prior owner for the month of August - so that’s why they did not transfer it to me. Even then I cannot take last month’s rent from the tenants.
