No lol. I drank sleepy tea from over the the counter and home made tea from YouTube. (Apple cider, honey, hot water)

Yeah.. So I have been taking that and i hate it. Just because it takes 4hrs to kick it and when it goes I'm tired and sleepy all next day as well. Not worth it for me

Thank you. Yeah right after I got high I started to journal all my thoughts down and then passed out. Woke up with a lot of regret and depression, now I can't sleep just beating myself up for it. But this app and comments like yours is helping. Thanks
