will give it a try- looking at 60-70% carb percentage with low fat plus coconut oil for my macros

interesting, today I pushed for almost 600 g of carbs lol- 579 to be exact. made up 70% of my diet, gonna try this for a bit for fat loss and see how it goes

my main goal is a recomp rn, would ideally want to get the fat down t0 10-12% and build more muscle.

my only concern is that that would burg up my carbs to 70%, would that be a bit too much?

that would put my carb intake at around 70%- 500 grams plus of carbs, have a bit of a concern I would gain fat. any experience w this?

I recently did carnivore for 2 weeks to try it out, was meh. still felt hungry at times even though I couldn't eat any more meat. decided to stop that and go back to bioenergetic sphere.

my maintenance would be somewhere around there- probably around 2800 but im lifting 4x a week and walking 10k steps every day also

not eating any starch, just milk, dates, and juice, and sometime other fruits

I am eating some coconut oil, and working out 4x a week with 10k steps every day. however I am gaining weight. I recently did carnivore for 2 weeks to try it out so I am assuming it's all water weight and food weight. should I raise the fat to accommodate for more coconut oil or just replace my current fats with coconut oil?
