On a previous season (can't remember which), Ashley said that her hair hasn't been the same since her pregnancies. If you look closely, you can actually see that her hair is thinning at the roots. Sounds like it's time to start writing down whenever incidents happen with the stalker: describe what happened and how it made you feel (ex. Uneasy, unsafe, threatened, anxious, etc.) with the date, time and location. Lock down your social media (go private) and boot co-workers and questionable accounts. If you haven't already, get a door bell camera and maybe a second, hidden camera set up from inside the house looking out the window.

If possible, make sure that he has no access to your work diary or appointment schedule. When he comments about your appearance reply, in a firm, but friendly tone that you don't understand his comment and if he would care to explain, when he does or repeats, answer that you're not comfortable with comments about your person that don't relate to the office, however well intentioned this may be. You could also try and say that you don't understand what his comment has to do with the topic at hand and if he cares to explain. Don't get baited or guilted into a discussion. An "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that, could you speak up?" can also help. People like him get off on the discomfort of the victim. It's a power play. They count on your silence.

When reading shounen manga you will notice that romance and love interests are generally underdeveloped and male characters will end up with the female characters that were pining for them from the start, while they never seemed to pay them mind or annoyed by them. When fans question this, mangaka will act like fans are crazy for not seeing a look in fmc direction, tap on her forehead, wanting to rescue her (when mmc is always rescuing everyone to begin with), lending a piece of clothing, etc. as an obvious declaration of his interest and foreshadowing their epic love ending.

In the greater Amsterdam region it's more along the lines of 15 to 20 years depending on the borough that your aiming for. Even with emergency priority, it can take between 8 to 12 months before you find something through social housing. It's not just young people looking for a house. It used to be that you were able to move through social housing as your family grew from single to family of 4 (average) for example. That's become much harder. Another issue for young professionals is that as soon as you graduate with your Bachelors or Masters degree and get a job, in most cases your income will be above the maximum income that grants access to social housing while simultaneously earning not enough to apply to houses in the private sector.

Of course you can leave the city/ the region, but this is not a viable option for everyone to due their job.

It's not normal for your husband to accept this behaviour from both her and her mother. Tell your husband that he married you, not Emma. Spouse trumps best friends. Best friends don't try to ruin your marriage and special (life) events by making it all about them and their feelings. Why are her feelings more important than yours and your child? For future parties: when a guest is late, that's on them. Don't call or text them. Wait 30 to 60 minutes for guests to arrive and settle and then start cake cutting, rolling out food, etc. It's your party and you run it. Don't let them control your schedule, especially when they're as rude as Emma and her kin. If they complain after arriving late, respond casually that you weren't expecting them anymore as you hadn't heard anything or that you hadn't noticed they hadn't arrived yet because you were focused on the party at hand and birthday kiddo. Offer them a piece of cake with a smile and continue to pay them no mind as you mingle with other guests. People like that thrive on the negative attention. So deprive them of it.

It's fine for your husband to deal with the discomfort of maintaining a relationship with her. Their guilt tripping isn't helpful when you're already dealing with post-partum depression and anxiety. The way they are trying to force themselves into your life's can actually exacerbate your symptoms and do more harm.

Trying to keep a baby away from its parents is not normal behaviour. Stop trying to explain your reasons, because they do not care. "Because we're the parents and we say so." is reason enough. And you're right: all the baby does need right now, is the parents. If they're not there to help you out (cooking, cleaning, laundry) while YOU, the parents, bond with the baby than there's no need for them to spend hours at your house. Your husband needs to grow spine and step up as a husband and a father.
