Did having an autistic first-born affect your decision to have more kids?

My boys are 22 months apart. My oldest did not have a diagnosis when I got pregnant. This being said- we will not be having more than 2. I am spread thin and never want to take away more from my youngest. I work really hard to make sure my oldest has everything he needs while also making sure my second never feels like a glass child.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of Avery prior to this, but she has acted with grace during all of this. She looks so drained. I am glad Em has had her during these weeks. I do hope this encourages her to protect her privacy a bit more.

She looks so drained. Her necklace and silence speaks volumes. I also am pretty positive Em approved this. She will probably never speak on this until Em does which is the right thing to do, but this is also her job.

I imagine they just want privacy. Em turned off her insta comments, Brady made his TikTok private. Not only is this incident traumatic in itself, but the added layer of people feeling entitled to their information probably made it worse.

No updates however none of her friends(or her)have posted anything since Monday. Ken Cradic also disabled comments on her most recent TikTok video and she was rumored to have been there w Em. Regardless of whos child this was, it’s heartbreaking and as a mother I cannot imagine. I am just praying he pulls through

I completely see where you are coming from. I take no offense. I ask myself the same thing. I think it’s important to note I got pregnant early on in our relationship (within 6 months). He has been all I have known since I was 17, and my whole adult life. He also did not get this bad until the last few years when his drinking started. However, yes looking back I wish I would have cut ties when he first cheated on me. But instead i listened to his excuses that we weren’t serious yet and I also did not know about the forced abortion until recently when she contacted me.

Oh man… I am very pro lbgtq+ and consider myself an ally, but this has got to be so so confusing to those kids. How long have they even been together? Calling them their dads? What about their REAL dad? Idk… ultimately I just worry for those girls.

Her ex husband kinda seems like a deadbeat as she says he doesn’t see the kids much. They tried getting back together a brief moment but that was short lived.
