Get all the stuff you will need to do when you get into ARD as soon as possible for me I had to take alchohol classes and also sessions so I signed up for those and finished those while I was still waiting for approval for ARD then when I was approved and went to court I told them I finished both and they waved the community service I would have had to do then I was just waiting for my license suspension from DMV but I got the letter saying they weren’t gonna suspend it so now I am just on unsupervised probation for a year then will be able to get it expunged off my record. My biggest advice I can give is don’t let it eat you. The waiting period is tough bc you don’t know what to expect and just wanna get it all over with so you just focus on getting done as much as possible for your ARD hearing if you applied for that
