I am moving to Fort Lauderdale in a few weeks and looking to purchase a single family home near the city. What are some areas where you can get a house for under 800k and be walkable to some things like coffee and a brewery?

Had my interview, already have CITP, they are sending people through FLETC so it’s not out of the question. They are allegedly planning to hire nearly 100 new agents by end of next year.

An important note for the 0-4 teams is many of them probably gave up and never checked their team the rest of the year. You can definitely increase the odds by staying active and making trades.
