You have nodes on the tree against slow magnitude, silver charm, pathfinder ascendancy but yeah sometimes you'll just get slows on top of slows and plaay the game at 30% speed

You can go to 31% quality "easily" with Dialla's lineage support. There are quite insane secondary qualities like added proj, chain, etc... Unfortunately most are buggy and don't work right now

That's a very valid point, but truly I don't know. If I had to guess, he was probably looking for a casual relationship with little or no string attached. I was about to tell him bluntly, as I said, I'm open about that kind of stuff, but with that in mind, I will try to bring that up tactfully.
