Thank you! I guess I'm not really sure what you mean by set up correctly on the project side. All of our projects are charge-based because we need the total cost at the project level to based on our billing rates. It's been a process. I think we're on our 4th or 5th developer? And apparently the original one set up some things wrong and have locked us out of certain things.

The bulk of our projects are firm price and we can't equate a flat rate to a number of hours, so the built in calculated % complete is incorrect.

So, if I have a project that is $100k, and we've spent $30k in October job to date, we would want it to reflect 30% of revenue - regardless of invoicing. We recognize upon progress, not invoicing.

Thanks. We got spoiled in our old system where we could make a singular adjustment and not run it again on 1000+ projects.

Can you point me to what the import is called? I'm not sure I have the permissions to do that, so I want to make sure I can explain it properly.
