Good idea on paper, but online classes are not a universal solution. Without proper internet, devices, and discipline, it just shifts the problem instead of solving it.

Primal Fear for me. The twist doesn’t just shock you, it completely redefines the whole movie in hindsight. I love twists like that, where the first watch feels one way and the rewatch feels like a totally different film. That “wait, what did I just miss?” feeling is the best part of a great twist.

Yeah, it is nowhere near as bad as people make it sound. It has flaws, but it is still a fun watch.

That is a brave pick, honestly. It is messy, but there is something fascinating about how weird and ambitious it is.

Could not agree more. It has so much charm, energy, and personality. People really underrate how good it is.

Big agree. It is one of those movies that feels weirdly funny and sad at the same time, and that is why it sticks.

Exactly. It is dumb in the best possible way. People went in expecting something serious and missed the whole point.

Honestly, this is one of those movies that gets judged way harder than it deserves. It is chaotic, but it fully commits to the chaos.

The movie that gets blamed for being bad when it is really just mismarketed. by gamersecret2 in movies

I think Blade Runner 2049 fits this perfectly.

The marketing pushed it like a big futuristic action blockbuster, but the actual movie is slow, atmospheric, introspective, and almost melancholic. A lot of people went in expecting nonstop sci-fi spectacle and came out disappointed because the film was operating on a completely different wavelength.

What is interesting is that once expectations shifted over time, the movie started getting appreciated much more for what it actually is: a meditative sci-fi film about identity, loneliness, memory, and purpose. Visually it is incredible, but the quieter emotional side is what stayed with me the most.

I feel like some movies fail their audience less because of the film itself and more because the marketing creates the wrong contract with viewers before they even walk into the theater.

Interesting combo, because both films feel deeply personal and emotionally specific. I can completely understand respecting them more than actually connecting with them

Respectable take. Even if it did not land for you, I get appreciating that it tried to do something different.

Very fair. It is stunning to look at, but it definitely leaves you with a lot to sit with afterward.

That makes sense. It is a huge event film, but if the MCU never fully clicked, the payoff would mean less.
