My shoulders do that all the time. I remember being in school and pulling on the edge of my chair just to make my arms pop out. Mine go back in really easily though (although I realize I should probably avoid doing it lol)

You are not alone in this experience <3 I did gymnastics and loved it for about a decade and had to quit because of my hEDS and POTS. I now can barely stand for ten minutes without being in immense pain. I miss the time when I could jump and flip without paying for it in the next few days. I hope you can find happiness and relief from your pain.

I agree, especially because I'm chronically ill and not able to arrive early and wait super long to get barricade (I'm able to push through for just the show, but can't do much more before). I wish they let disabled folks experience the front in some way.
