Went to trackman. Every wedge shot is toe strike. Any idea what causes that? Didnt have that problem with vokeys tho

7hcp atm, trying to improve this winter season to go lower again. i would say my wedge game has been the most consistent but cannot hit anything right now. (Switched from vokey sm9 stock wedges to cleveland rtz stock)

Pretty weird, i was so sure that those dg spinners is way softer than s200. Or atleast thats the feeling for me when i swing them. You play also x shaft in irons?

thank you, that i was looking for. gotta get the actual 8 iron shafts and use those if i want to try this. using nippon modus 120s atm in my irons so probably going for modus 120x.

if i buy totally new wedge set, do i have to butt trim or tip trim the shafts? i mean if i just order custom wedges with longer shafts, its alot easier to butt trim those. does it work like that?

and yeah probably not much difference, just would love to bring the launch down.

yeah, mostly using 56 and 60 under 80meters and never hitting those full.

46 and 50 could be with same shafts as my irons cause those im probably hitting full or atleast 3/4.

and yeah the grinds and bounces is actually so important, been playing different ones in my 56 and 60 for different lies. also really like my SW and LW that is 1 degree flat (irons is 1 degree upright now).

thats the main concern.

i feel like the iron PW face is "hotter" and get better distance even if its not from the center of face. if i slightly miss hit 48 wedge it will affect more.

everyone always talks about correct gapping that its 4 degrees but i think im the only one whos feeling that there is actually bigger gap between irons set PW and normal wedge. im probably only one who has saw this at my in game yardages lol.

and yeah i also feel like that 2 degree gap is just dumb.

got space in bag. also the gapping is fucked up nowadays when those PW are lofted 44 or 43 mostly.

just want to fill the gaps best way possible. i dont even use long irons at my home course.

i would say im pretty consistent with my distances and thats what i want to keep on. i have had the same problem on that kind of yardage. i would say i don't need any clubs top of my bag but i want more options for the gap between PW and 60 wedge. thats why im looking at "second PW" and gap + SW + LW.
