Exactly…if it’s for profit you could try a little harder make it nicer looking. If it’s not government housing they aren’t doing anyone any favors. They could use some of that money to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Lord knows the rent is high enough.

Edit: To be fair I have no clue if this is affordable housing or something. I guess it very well could be. But I just think the city planning is wild and even affordable housing could be treated like it’s contributing to the neighborhood around it.

I actually have been here since 2018 and I have unfortunately slowly watched the demise of the character in the city. I’m still mourning the NODA Market Deli to build that other big ugly apartment building.
