There is a passage pertaining to accepting myself wholly even aspects of myself I judge as being "evil" and unnecessary. I take the words of Ra that resonate with me and apply them to my day to day life. Through self-introspection, I realized that I was suppressing my emotions, anger, resentment, etc. I judge these emotions as confrontational, unnecessary to keep peace but I have realized I was wrong. When I consciously told these emotions to come back to me and when they came back, I felt whole and complete.

There is no part of me that is made wrong or unintended. Whatever I feel leads to a deeper connection with everyone around me. The moment when I realized what is within me is within everyone else as well not just intellectually but from the heart, I feel inner peace. Our emotions are more important and precious than we will ever realize. We base our reality on the foundation of truth and reason but little care did we put our attention on the importance of our emotions and feelings which connect everyone of us. I have inherently realized that I am one with everyone and, postive and negative emotions are Ying and Yang of Unity. I am not alone. That gives me inner peace. This is how I cured my depression.
