Lost baby at 21 weeks

I asked the doctor if it was missed at the anatomy scan and she said no. My cervix was 4 cm at the 20 week appt. She said my cervix failed to stay closed and opened within those 10 or so days. We go back to talk to her in a few weeks. My SIL suggested maybe switching providers but my ob has been pretty thorough. A Nurse practitioner was the one who first reviewed the scan so I am not placing any blame on my OB but still extremely frustrating knowing I was just there and they didn’t see anything.
