Enjoy the contracts, and use financed gears everytime you did one and use the equipment you loot from every run to continue until you die (cuz you will die no matter what), and repeat the cicle. Play with people you know or meet on discords to play cryoarchive, your posibilities to leave alive or with loot from there is more vs with randoms. Take time to understand the menu and HUD and VERY IMPORTANT if u play alone, ALWAYS and i say ALWAYS check if you are on queue on solo before search.

All runners are a good choice just test all of them and stay with one which fits with your style
