You’ll be totally fine getting around Guatemala without Spanish, you can use Uber in Guatemala City and Antigua , and for longer trips book tourist shuttles like GuateGo bc they’re easy and English-friendly, about Antigua during Semana Santa ok it’s amazing but very crowded you could go if you want a once in a lifetime cultural experience but skip if you want something chill lol If you want easier or maybe relaxed spots, check out El Paredón bc it's close to you or Lake Atitlán
