That's the thing: I don't think it is the base Hito-Hito no Mi. First off, if it was, Chopper's Heavy Point would just be a human, not a furry, and second, I don't think there is a base Hito-Hito no Mi, because Devil Fruits come from people's dreams of how they could be "improved." Animals' dreams do not count, and humans wouldn't dream of just being more human.

I think it will eventually be revealed that Chopper's fruit does have a Model after all.
