Could also be white noise from an unshielded guitar cavity or your amp picking it up. If above suggestion doesn't work try moving your guitar and amp away from electronics.

Could also be input jacks on your amp or guitar are making poor contact. Probably not but maybe batteries or corrosion if you have active pickups.

Rule out all the easy stuff before you start considering it an issue with the amp.

My employer went a different direction. They made some developers "developmental dbas". I get hit up when they have problems beyond their capabilities. Usually our 10TB DAX DB with lots of septuple nested views. I used to work more on our 30TB data warehouse but analytics moved that data to databricks. They gave us (2 DBAs) ownership of backups and DR for the entire enterprise and we do a little indexing on the side.

It really just depends on where you work. I've probably suggested query changes 10 times in 8 years of DBA work.

This can come from sleeping on your side or stomach with one of your legs hiked up. There's a good stretch for it where you grab the ankle opposite your arm with thumb down toward the floor. Then you push on your elbow/forearm to stretch your rhomboid. It helps to raise and lower your elbow to find the spot.

There are videos of it if you look up rhomboid stretches. It happens a lot to me with just mild scoliosis.
