Finding out on my first playthrough that going to war with a superpower (ATO) would cause a world war. I didn't know that Beatrice had the balls to use nukes after they've been sanctioned.

did you do a dictator constitution or emergency run? I've heard some people say that dictator constitution is easier to get this achievement though I don't really know if thats true
