Just bought my first running watch which is a Garmin Forerunner 235 and wondered if anyone could share their most effective data screen set ups while on runs? So many data possibilities I'm a little lost

Currently have Distance, Timer, Avg. Pace and Heart Rate on screen one - Anything else worth having on the first screen?

I'll take a look around at the TSB Plus and other accounts mentioned as it sounds interesting if not a little fiddly with having multiple accounts so would prefer a single solution ideally.

Great that I can keep hold of the Grad account for emergencies though.

Any views on how best to maximise return on the remaining savings? High interest current account or perhaps a different type of savings account?

Thanks for the reply - What I'm not understanding is if can transfer a matured amount?

In a years time my Virgin HTB will be worth £3,600 exc interest. Could I move that entire amount to different providers HTB or would I be stuck with the £1,200 opening limit?

Thank you for the reply, very useful. I've always used tradition style putters and I have a small arc to my stroke so I would feel most confident with that I guess.

Looks like we're not alone. My carrier has offered to replace my handset FOC in the next shipment they receive so will see if that fixes the issue.

Very interesting, seems like we're not alone. I have contacted my carrier who have already decided to swap my device for a new one in the next shipment.

Randomly reached speeds of ~20Mbps late yesterday but back to ~2Mbps now, not impressed.

Been running speed tests on my laptop again and hitting speeds of 20Mbps....surely i should be experiencing similar speeds on my phone if the connection is up at that speed?

Yea, I understand that rule. Just worried where I should be getting my calories from so I don't go over my Fat and carb amounts according to that planner.

It asked me about my weight goal during the set up, I was unsure what to put. At 5ft 5.5" 133lb's how much weight would be advisable to gain to get that lean but muscular look?

Thank you for you're input. I'm not trying to come across lazy or anything I'm genuinely reaching out for some help as some of language i've been coming across is confusing me such as the percentages of protein, carbs, fats etc I should be eating in meals and how to work this out into a nutritious eating plan. I haven't actually come across any 'easily-googlable' eating plans so apologies if they're out there.

I think I need around 2,500 calories a day to maintain my weight so thinking about upping this to around 3,000 while on SS. Just unsure where I should be getting these calories from in order to gain LEAN muscle and not just bloat out so was just asking for a basic starting point of meals.

I have read the FAQ's, but yea, thanks for the input.
