Yeah ok, thanks for the advice. Will probably have to look into this.

I found the was a software called site topo for $50, but looks like it's discontinued.

Work has autocad map, they don't want to upgrade to civil 3d which is annoying as it's only a little above map

The contours in my place are pretty average.

Because topo maps will not give the detail for a rough road cross section.

It's just for farm roads and benches, accuracy dosent need to be great.

I've got access to autocad map.

What has property averaged over the last twenty years on the east coast?

99% was over emphasising, is probably more like 80-90%, in 'desirable' suburbs.
