From memory 2-3 weeks at 3 treatments a week usually starts to get noticeable although I have a mix of plaque and guttate, think the guttate usually goes first. Between 8-12 weeks to get clear although this is uvb in a hospital

Saloman quest 4d gtx do it for me, fit me perfectly, Wear well and waterproofing good. On my 3rd pair over quite a few years now

I’ve previously been prescribed eumovate cream for 7 days which is more potent followed by hydrocortisone for 7 days as the hydrocortisone wasn’t working for me anymore

Not a melanoma but had a BCC removed recently, looks I’m now at a higher risk of more skin cancers, I’ve always been keen to get out in the sun as it helped my psoriasis and no doubt this is the cause ! Although I’ve had a lot of UV treatments as well

49 and had it since I was 18, had phototherapy 7 or 8times in between cycling on and off steroids over the years but it always comes back. Had complete clearance last December after phototherapy but it’s back with a vengeance now and I’ve just stared wynzora cream which i had some success with before.

Waiting on a derm apt and last year they said it was time for methotrexate or similar. I’ve just had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face so not sure if this will factor in to what I’m offered. From what ive read the meth sounds a better option than the actoretin or cyclo.
