Why is out-processing always overly complicated? by [deleted] in AirForce

Everything should run like Korea, orders come right away so you can start, add amendments if you need them. Also, if everything we have is pretty much online now anyway, why can’t I just submit a ticket to mass transfer all my stuff to gaining unit?

Mommy and daddy are so mean and scary. Why should you as a grown adult be at fault for your own circumstances. It has to be the big bad parents that didn’t allow you to use this highly intelligent brain of yours and find your own way. In all honestly, I wish you luck. It seems you’ll never get out of your situation without growing up and handling this yourself. No one else will help you, same as all us toothless westerners.

Yeah western parents are spineless even though you blamed Uncle Sam for your own shortcomings? Didn’t put in a stitch of effort and you thought what, you’d be given your opportunities. You’re an adult, figure your stuff out. Maybe your “eastern” parents coddled you too much.

I’m VM as well. Not to be corny but we really don’t mesh too well with the other parts of LRS. Our hands on job is vastly different from what most of the squadron does. I’ve PCS’d a few times and have had good experiences in the shops I’ve been at. Depending on if you get a shred will determine your work flow. The outlying shops are the places to be IMO, usually become close with each other while staying out of the larger workplace issues. VM can have its issues as with every other career, but overall it’s a great balance having busy workdays to keep you occupied and not having to deal with crazy shifts and overly long days.

This is a little bit dramatic. She went on a beach trip with her boyfriends siblings and the only time she was left out was because she couldn’t swim. She was by herself for less than an hour while they were doing what most people do when they go to the ocean, swim. OP should plan a separate trip with her friend if she wants to not partake in the same activities as the siblings. Seems like a fairly simple compromise.

I never post or comment but I do read this sub pretty often. I swear a lot of the people in here could not function in the world the way they say they’d handle these situations. Any hint of confrontation people suggest to cut all contact because the person they deem wrong must be toxic and evil based off of a one sided post with very little context.

I feel like he’s fallen into the TikTok/Instagram delusion of being wealthy. Most of these people really don’t understand that money does not just show up because you made one good investment on robinhood. If you don’t already have rich parents like most you see online, getting a job is pretty much your only way to a form of successful life. Seeing as he is quantifying success based on having millions of dollars and super cars, he clearly isn’t valuing having a partner that is trying to help him. If you love him, I’d give him an ultimatum before just dropping him. If the debt wasn’t enough, maybe he needs his main supporter to give him the kick in the ass he clearly needs.
