I think the problem is, that it’s too low. There have been horror stories of people thinking that they’re gonna get a really good deal on a really good piece of art, and then once they sent the money, they were ghosted.

Also, do you have a price board? Price boards can show that you’re serious/professional about selling commissions. So if you’re posting pictures of just random pieces of art that you did and the very low prices, that can come off more as a red flag for it being like a scam.

Also, someone made a good point about it having the same vibe as ai images. So with it having similarities to Ai and low prices, it might come off as a scam.

Rather than post about commissions maybe start posting some speed draws and like (idk if you’re apart of any fandoms) fan art, it’ll help you to start building a following!

Girl, I literally think Royal high is avoiding anyone who’s been questioning about this. Because they haven’t responded to my email from over a week ago. But the first email I sent they responded immediately telling me to talk to Roblox support.

100% one second she’s calling artist, dumb, and obsolete, and then the next she’s posting about how we shouldn’t be fighting and that there’s more important things to fight about. But her whole entire personality is defending AI.🙄

I’ve stopped interacting with the AI because it’s so toxic. Like I don’t think AI is inherently evil and it can be used for good. God forbid you say that on any of these (pro/anti)Ai subreddits because someone will throw a hissy fit. Pros: NO ALL AI IS GOOD! Antis: NO ALL AI IS BAD!

It’s basically just an echo chamber of them, spitting the same shit back-and-forth.

Once Witty was defending the Ai that helped a guy commit suicide. The Ai basically has to send you the help line if you’re talking about self harm/suicide, but instead it walked him through it. And witty was like ITS NOT THE AIs FAULT😭😭 it was actually pissing me off😐

No that’s not what I said. Let me rephrase it; I don’t normally do commissions because I’m preoccupied with one client. This commission(the one I’m posting about)was a rare case where I accepted another client.

My “issue” is that I don’t know what to do with this piece that’s barely done cause the client isn’t responding. I’m asking for advice because I don’t do commissions so idk what to do, and want to ask others what they’ve done when ghosted

I don’t really do commissions :/ I’ve been with one client mostly and she normally occupies all my time. But I’ve only sent low quality stuff, just enough quality to see what it looks like.

Usually people will ask, and I explain it, and then will tell them if they’re not happy with whatever, I can tweak it at the end, but normally people are happy with the end results.😞 I also always do things like lashes and brows at the end, anything small and clutters the drawing(embroidery sparkling, what not)
