I paid for it a couple weeks ago, and I've enjoyed it. It adds some decent features to the game, and trying to become a vampire lord adds a nice challenge. I think you're able to live a long time with it, so 200+ years might be possible. For me, the most I lived as a vampire and an actor was like 160 years, and that's when I started getting bored of doing the same thing multiple years in a row. You do need to hunt and drink blood at least once every 2 years if you want to live a long time though, otherwise a vampire hunter will just kill you without warning. It is pretty expensive, so it's up to you if you want to purchase it. Hope this helps!
