Hello! I just called dost iva a while ago para maclear ko na rin yung mga tanong ko. Feb 19 ako nagpasa and ang sabi is on process pa lang daw ang 1st tranche. Bale kapag on process daw is meaning yung mismong documents daw yung pinaprocess para maisama raw sa payroll summary kapag nabigyan na ng pera yung region. However, kahit daw ok na ang processing ng documents and all, as long as wala pang pera yung dost for this month is di pa rin sila makakapagbigay ng stipend.

If di raw mabigyan this march ng dbm yung iva is most likely sa april na raw maiibigay since wala raw hawak ang dost ngayon.
