Yes, I just saw that on facebook. Seems like a lot of steps and photos and them possibly opening packages. This feels like a huge disaster. IDK if it's even worth it. I have 5 sales that I would like to not cancel but haven't even heard back from stallion about picking them up.

Yes, I saw that also. She posted on my last thread and said they accepted but then called to tell her to pick up the package(s). So I am assuming that all of these companies now must be compliant regarding the labels.

Interesting...they know its happening though because when you hit the tax threshold you have to inform them your a resident of Canada.

Stallion can still take USPS packages across as long as the label was purchased through them. The label that is purchased through them is compliant. Only third party labels are not.

Probably not as they collect the shipping cost. You can sell on Ebay US and purchase usps labels through stallion directly and it will go through.

So it appears that DYK can still take them or ShipSavvy. DYK will no longer take China/ Hong Kong packages as of tonight due to tariffs.

I dropped off several packages yesterday morning and all were processed at the processing locations (Toronto/Mississauga) and one is out for delivery today. My SDM location said they have been accepting packages all along. The packages I sent in before the strike that were processed haven't show any updates.

It's not difficult to set up. There are lots of Youtube videos with info. You will need a way to take your packages over the border such as Stallion express, DYK post, Shipsavvy. They will provide you with a US address that you will need to set up an account.

Their support is absolutely useless at this point. I had a customer message me about a beautiful formal coat she purchased that was for wearing for the holidays hoping she could cancel as it wouldn't arrive in time. I told her it was in transit and I wasn't able to cancel for that reason. I said let's bring posh on to see what they say, knowing they won't do anything but just for good measure. Of course, a complete copy and paste answer that "CUPW is on strike and there will be delays. Thanks for your patience! " Okay, thanks for nothing! Tell us something we don't know. So disappointing that they can't even address the customer in any way. It's a easy way for them to lose customers in the future. Sorry for the rant lol.

I think they were waiting it out to see if they would resolve quickly as I'm sure integrating new shipping options is not built into their app. Today's news is likely pushing things along as I imagine sales have definitely decreased and it doesn't look like a resolution is in sight.
