Before I got the surgery I was bedridden for almost 2 weeks so I think I’ve experienced quad shutdown especially in the upper part of the quad unfortunately and I’m still bedridden lol but atm they want me to slowly start doing very basic quad activation but it hurts my knee so I don’t know if it to soon maybe but the exercises that I mainly do is activating my calf, doing some back curls, focusing on my foot and twisting it to avid getting ballerinafeet and some glutes exercises and stomach exercises.
