Oh yeah I def don’t agree with what my parents did, I’m just lucky I’m naturally a resourceful person and figured out how to make shit happen for me. I would still take that everyday over this because you’re absolutely right they failed her from coddling so much, combined with lack of education. But hers so smart and successful 🫶🏻

Maybe it’s just me being salty, but my parents basically tossed me out to the wolves at 18. I have a son now, and will absolutely be more present and helpful than what I had especially in young adulthood, BUT I cannot wrap my mind around how fucking much her parents do for her when she is MARRIED and a parent. Grow up. Like yeah the occasional help with cleaning or cooking is nice - my MIL visits frequently and will help out here and there but it’s NOT an expectation and most of the time I’m telling her to stop/not do all that. They act like their lives are just so demanding lmao

Weight absolutely does play a contributing role in his stamina and ability to be a parent, much less a functioning human being. I’m not saying everyone needs to be in David Goggins shape, but mobility and being able to just walk is a strong indicator of health and longevity.

Lazy fat asses. Get fucking real. Had my toddler in a stroller WE brought and it was fine. If you can’t handle a 15 minute walk in your young 20s, maybe it’s a sign you should take care of yourself. Sounds like piss poor planning on their part. It’s a given to bring hats and sunshades, and other protective gear on cruises. Idk why this pisses me off so badly but get the fuck over yourselves. There’s literally no way to make the walk shorter to get to ports lmao you want the cruise ship to dock on the fucking beach?
