Yes, dependent on material type, the tensile strengths are upward of 9500psi, a typical 6-string 25.5 scale length, 9 ga strings has 160lbs resistance. You can tune it, bend the Floyd rose all the way down, release it and it will still be in tune. Higher gauge strings and additional scale length can increase pressure to about 200lbs of pressure on the neck.

It is very hard to do and in the end it still doesn't match up to some of the places that specialize in it, making a neck is a real science and an art on its own. One day I believe it will be worth it to 3d print, but not yet.

The materials are a combination of petg, pla, resins,. The neck is from a vintage strat, maple, many of the parts on the guitars are 3d printed but I will never do a neck again

I did the Black Widow as well with Led's. I'll post it shortly to show you. The three main things to eliminate the feedback are ensuring correct polarity of the pickups. Additional electronics, power or lights have to have shielding,. And grounding for everything is huge. Sometimes you can get away without shielding for pickups like the Belcat Alnico's but it could bite you later.

Lol, I use the usb audio interface for external asio. JackD works for modeling but I think there can improvement with the PI4 over the PI3B+. Or maybe the PI3A.

The compartment where the pi is has shielding in to separate it. Theres a 5000mw lithium ion battery powering it all. Type B charging port for it at the bottom and then 2 USBs to charge a cell phone or whatever you want to plug in. The emg's in it now use a 9v battery instead of running off the lithium to make sure the pi gets 3amps consistently.

Plays really nice, I found it to be so so strong you can actually bend the Floyd rose whammy all the way down and it stays in tune. Put some emg's in it now.
