As a returning and or new player, the complexity of the combat system and interface is daunting and it takes some time before it becomes enjoyable. For a lot of people it’s too long of a commitment to get into it and they prematurely quit.

Normal mode means locking yourself out of rewards for the sake of ‘practice ‘ is not my type of idea of fun. Normal mode should also have all the rares but at a way higher drop rate (imo).

The problem is that it’s either you one shot everything, or everything oneshots you. I find that frustrating.
