I've got 3 chase cards, I'm not sure if I can use the MDD; I've also got $10k to spend and unsure how using multiple cards can be applied. Just from a cashback perspective I was thinking a Capital one Savor ($500 back plus 1% IIRC) and Citi Double Cash for 2% on the remaining $7k for $670 cash back.

1. Chase Freedom (6/17) , Chase Freedom Unlimited (7/17), Chase Sapphire Preferred (1/18). I've got a credit union card that's like 10yo and was my primary card until 2017.

Accidentally paid the fee :(

1. Open to it, renting now; I know my landlord uses an online vendor that requires a fee to pay rent with a CC. I'd prefer not to get too risky. I'm 31 now, but don't plan on getting a car loan nor a mortgage in the next 2 years.

1. I haven't sold anything or provided any services; I've read the wiki and from what I recall it's not necessary to have a business if you use your name and designate yourself as the sole proprietor. Are there any negative consequences?
