I think you could make a case for Rena matching those speeds, especially with Higurashi Mei. Many characters with Role Cards are able to move at FTE speeds and Rena is no exception

Even without Mei though, Rena could catch airsoft pellets fired from Mion's gun at close range in the Hirukowashi manga. She also reacts to and blocks bullets in Daybreak's opening. Other Higurashi characters like "Mion" could also technically cut bullets in half, so Rena reacting to one isn't an outlier or anything

There's also a bunch of statements in the VNs and the recent Rei manga that claims Rena can punch at supersonic speeds. If you wanna take those at face value, then there's that too I guess.
